We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to join our supportive and well-established Admin Team. We're on the lookout for someone with proven administration and Client Care skills. You will provide support to our wider consultant team whilst working as an integral part of our Administration team.
We are open to this role being at either of our offices located in Cirencester or Cheltenham.
The Role
We believe this is far from a typical administration role and would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate excellent administration and client care skills. You will play a key role in supporting our wider consultant team while working as an integral part of our Administration Team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks such as report formatting and adhering to quality standards, along with a sharp eye for detail and a flexible approach. Advanced Microsoft Word skills are essential, as is experience with a Document Management System. Proofreading ability is highly desirable, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all documentation in line with EDP’s Quality Assurance Procedure.
Your Skills
Of course, we’ll need you to have all the right qualifications and experience – excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must and proofreading experience is highly desirable. But to enjoy your time at EDP, you’ll also need to be personable, passionate and proactive. We’re a friendly bunch but we do work hard.
You’ll need to hold a full, valid UK driving licence.

We’re looking for a well-rounded, talented, enthusiastic and highly organised Graduate Landscape Architect to join our passionate, dynamic and friendly team in either our Cardiff, Cheltenham or Cirencester office.
This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in a professional practice at a time when the landscape profession is playing a critical role in shaping resilient, sustainable places. At EDP, you’ll be working on strategic development projects with real scope to influence green infrastructure, biodiversity and long-term placemaking outcomes.
The Role
We are looking for well-rounded, talented, enthusiastic and highly organised team players to join the growing Landscape Team; you’ll be working across a wide range of project scales and sectors, including new settlements, major residential and mixed-use developments, world-class leisure facilities, and renewable energy projects.
As a Graduate Landscape Architect at EDP, you’ll:
- Work closely with experienced and respected Landscape Architects;
- Contribute to landscape strategies, landscape and visual impact assessments, masterplanning and design work;
- Gain exposure to multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating with ecologists, heritage consultants, planners and arboriculturists; and
- Develop the skills needed to respond to emerging industry priorities such as biodiversity net gain, climate resilience and green infrastructure delivery.
This role offers an excellent platform to build your professional and technical skills, while working at the leading edge of best practice in landscape planning and design.
Your Skills
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn. You’ll need strong communication skills and a genuine interest in shaping better places.
You will ideally have:
- A degree (or postgraduate qualification) in Landscape Architecture;
- A confident and professional approach, with drive and ambition;
- An interest in strategic, landscape-led planning and multi-disciplinary design;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office;
- An eye for detail and strong written communication skills; and
- Experience with GIS software (desirable, but not essential).

This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop professional skills and technical ability, working closely with our existing team of experienced and respected Landscape Architects and the wider EDP Team. This post will offer the successful candidate a wealth of experience encompassing not only landscape, but also aspects of ecology, heritage, masterplanning and arboriculture.
You will share our desire to create environmentally responsive and exceptional places; and be at the leading edge of professional best practice.
Your Skills
